Calvin Clifton recognized as 2016 Roger Clark Award recipient by TCAPWA
Congratulations to Mattern & Craig‘s very own Calvin Clifton who has been recognized by the TCAPWA (Tennessee Chapter of the American Public Works Association) as the 2016 Roger Clark Award recipient. Calvin serves as a prime example for this award exhibiting dedication to our profession and service to the TCAPWA organization. He has served TCAPWA for many years and has been a constant presence and leader for over 10 years.
