Mattern & Craig Welcomes New Employees to Tennessee Offices

Victoria Israel, E.I., a registered Engineer Intern (EI) in the State of Tennessee, has accepted the position of Civil Engineer in Mattern & Craig’s Johnson City, TN office. Victoria is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Civil Engineering.  Her experience and projects include a broad range of civil engineering duties including roadway design, sanitary sewer design, stormwater design, and water distribution.

Amber Luttrell has joined the Transportation Division of Mattern & Craig in the Kingsport, TN office as a Traffic/Transportation Engineer. Amber is a recent graduate of Tennessee Tech University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Civil Engineering.  Her experience and projects include performing traffic analysis studies, generating drawings, and preparing cost estimates.

Browden Anderson, E.I., a registered Engineer Intern (EI) in the State of Tennessee, has joined the Mattern & Craig’s Johnson City, TN office in the role of Civil Engineer. Browden graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Civil Engineering.  He is presently working on a variety of projects including site planning, water & wastewater and asset management.
