Mattern & Craig ● Engineers & Surveyors is pleased to announce the addition of Troy S. Kincer, P.E. to the firm. Troy will work primarily from the Roanoke office but will assist all offices in providing the very best services to our existing clients and pursuing new opportunities. Troy, a civil engineering graduate of Virginia Tech, is a licensed P.E. in the states of Virginia and North Dakota. He is a Senior Level Engineering Manager with 30+ years of engineering experience and brings with him a wealth of both Project and Business Management experience. His role with Mattern & Craig will include:
- Expanding our customer base by assisting in identifying and developing new markets and clients
- Enhancing our current Business Development efforts throughout our current service area and in the federal marketplace
- Reviewing our current processes & making recommendations to improve our efficiency and productivity
- Providing Project Management training
A native of Roanoke, Troy enjoys spending time with family; giving back to the community; VT Hokie Sports – especially football; and sampling locally brewed craft beers from around the country
